Mini bakery business plan
This business plan is designed to invest in the opening of a mini-bakery in the village.

The purpose of developing a business plan: to receive a grant;
Scope of work: 19 pages;
Business planning horizon: 1 year.

The business plan of a mini-bakery in the village assumes that at the time of the start of the project, the initiator owns a building acquired specifically for the implementation of this project.

As part of the business plan, it is planned to purchase the following equipment:

kneader for 140 liters;
cutting table 1800 mm (stainless) - 2 units;
proofing cabinet RSHE-3 (glass) - 2 units;
baking oven ПХЭ-250-3s - 2 units;
set of bread forms-tee 3L10 (500-650 g) - 144 units;
baking sheet (black metal) - 36 units;
stand for baking sheet 12 units;
flour sifter PVG-600;
bowl for 140 liters (stainless) on wheels - 3 units.
It is supposed to sell bread and bakery products on the territory of the district where production will be organized. Today, there are no local producers in the region, which causes a significant shortage of freshly baked product. The consumption of bread in the settlements of the region is quite high. According to our analysis, 5000-6000 loaves of bread are consumed here per day. Bread suppliers present on the market today sell their products through the distribution network or by delivering them to remote villages and villages.

The business plan of a mini-bakery in the village stipulates that by the end of the first year of the project, the physical volume of baking and sales of bread will reach its maximum value - 1,500 loaves per day.

The success rate of our project is assessed as high, since the demand for bread is quite high, and it is assumed that the enterprise will be the only bread producer in the area. When selling bread, it is planned to cooperate with tents, stalls and shops, delivering bread by car.
